Puntotek is in testing. These are the terms for that phase and they will change as the service matures.
Nothing is charged right now
Everything that works today is free. Any paid plans you may see mentioned are there as a demonstration: there are no charges, no payment details are requested and no subscription is active. If anything is ever charged for, it will be announced clearly beforehand and with its own terms.
The service may change or stop
During testing we may change features, limits or the service itself, and even interrupt it, at any time. We will try to give notice through the application inbox whenever possible. Export and keep copies of your works: it is the only way not to depend on this.
Your account
- The account is personal. Each plan allows a number of linked devices; beyond that, the oldest one is disconnected.
- You can delete it whenever you want from My account, along with everything you have stored.
- We may suspend an account that abuses the service or uploads content it does not own.
What you upload
Your works are yours. Marking them as visible authorises us only to display them in the gallery; marking them as downloadable lets other people use them. You can undo both at any time.
Do not upload patterns you have no rights to, or offensive or unlawful content. The gallery has a report button and we review what is reported; we may remove anything that does not belong without notice.
No warranties
The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of availability or of data preservation while this testing phase lasts. See also the legal notice and the privacy policy.
