Ecuador on a single sheet: the Andean condor with its wings spread, the map of the country in yellow, a snow-capped volcano, green valleys and the river, the Mitad del Mundo monument, a flower, a branch of red berries and, underneath, a band with an Andean weaving pattern and ECUADOR in blue letters, with the colours of the flag at the foot. It is 109 x 162 stitches in 12 colors, about 20 by 29 centimetres on 14-count.
Two details look like filler and are not. The small blue patches scattered to the left of the map are the Galápagos Islands, some thousand kilometres off the coast. And the yellow line running down from the monument is the equator itself, the line the country is named after. It stitches calmly: clean blocks of colour, and nearly every isolated stitch it has is in white.

What this one asks of you

It has 181 lone stitches, 1.6 % of the total, and 107 of those have no neighbour of their color at all. The more there are, the more the needle jumps.
